Bio: Dr. Robert E. Grover is the founder of Grover Endodontics in Charlottesville, Virginia, where he has practiced since establishing the office in 1995. A native of Staunton, Virginia, he earned his DDS from the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry and completed his Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Endodontics at Boston University's Henry Goldman School of Dentistry, following service as a dentist in the U.S. Navy Dental Corps. Dr. Grover holds faculty appointments in endodontics at both the University of Virginia and Virginia Commonwealth University, and in 2019 was inducted as the 78th member of the International Academy of Endodontics. He lectures nationally on endodontic outcomes, CBCT imaging, restoration of endodontically treated teeth, and conservative diagnosis and treatment of compromised teeth.

Lecture, 1-4pm: Endodontic outcomes and why closing the loop matters, drawing on a 34-year, 4,000+ tooth recall dataset. Rehabilitative endodontics: the collaborative handoff between endodontist and restorative dentist.

Bio: Dr. Ronald Ordinola Zapata is Associate Professor and Director of the Advanced Education Program in Endodontics at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, and a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics. He earned his DDS in 2001 from Universidad Inca Garcilaso de la Vega in Lima, Peru, and completed his Master's and PhD in Endodontics at the University of Sao Paulo, Brazil. He later completed an AEGD residency at Larkin Community Hospital in Miami and an endodontic residency at the IB Bender Endodontic Division, Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. He has published more than 100 peer-reviewed papers and lectured in over 15 countries. His research focuses on root canal anatomy, micro-CT imaging, irrigation, and biofilm disinfection. He serves as Associate Editor of the Journal of Endodontics and is a former Associate Editor of the International Endodontic Journal.
